Meet our founders, Giovanni & Giselle
Giovanni's journey in the Aged Care industry started in 2011, fueled by a profound passion for enhancing care standards nationwide. With the establishment of Home Instead Geelong in 2018, he aimed to provide unparalleled care experiences, swiftly emerging as a trailblazer in the provision of high-quality, relationship-based in-home care for aging adults. His commitment to excellence and client-centric approach garnered widespread recognition, positioning him as a trusted authority sought after for his expertise and guidance.
Geelong native, Giselle Siano’s academic journey in biomedical science and pharmacy, coupled with an MBA from Deakin University, equipped her with enhanced leadership skills and a holistic understanding of business dynamics. Her advocacy for aging in place stems from a deep-seated belief in preserving seniors' independence and quality of life, empowering them with the knowledge and resources needed to make informed choices about their well-being.
